Hey guys, my team, the Peter North Stars playing out of Planet Ice - Coquitlam is short about 5 players for this upcoming spring season. We will be playing in about tier 6 (middle of the pack) and we have been together for a long time. The season starts in May and the cost will be dependant on the number of full-time commitments we get (between $300 & $400). ok GANG, THE TEAM - PETER NORTH STARS, THE PLACE - Kelowna, WHEN - April 27th through 29th, THE EVENT - CHE Hockey Tournament - We have 3 spots open for our annual entry in this tournament, Price includes 2 nights in a local Kelowna Hotel, Breakfast on Sat, and Sun morning, A buffet banquet dinner on Saturday night, beers after the game, Video-taped games, Tiered divisions, etc ,etc......A dinner on Friday night @ the keg, and we also adhere to the motto - what happens in Kelowna STAYS up there. Still has TWO FULL-TIME spots for the 2011/12 Fall adult premiere hockey season in tier 6 at Planet Ice Coquitlam we are 11 games in with a game tonight. 20 more after this with a season that ends in April. The cost will be around $475 for the balance of the season - Let me know.

Does anyone else have a problem with the way the NHL is callin git's games now? I really can't stand that all ownus is taken away from the guy with the puck - Keep your head up - the hockey players motto for the last 50 years has been removed to the point where it doesn't matter if you skate with your head down or not. It's really pissing me off to no end that the guy who is making the check now has to calculate where he hits the puck carrier on top of how to hit him wihtout looking like a fool and getting deked or missing the check.

I run a full-time Premiere league team (tier 5/6) out of Planet Ice Coquitlam and we are at least one, possibly three full-time players short (find out tonight as payments come in) we have bee together for 7 years and like to party as much as we love to play the game - if you have some puck-handling ability, can score here and there and are versatile as far as position goes - we play any night of the week (6:30-10:00 start times)- 32 games total guaranteed season starts tonight and runs through till April 2012 - get a hold of me ASAP.
